To respond effectively to bio security threats such as COVID-19, avian influenza, African swine fever, etc., cooperation is required among neighboring countries. In particular, South and North Koreas should closely cooperate to respond effectively to bio security threats which can spread rapidly across national borders. Taking this point into account, this session purposes to examine how to build cooperative governance between South and North Koreas to respond to bio security threats in the Korean peninsula.
