It is of great policy importance to look at the changes that North Korea’s 8th Party Congress will bring to the North Korean authority and its foreign policies. In particular, newly revised Party Convention and Rules are very important as it is likely to lead to many other changes. Under this premise the session aims to analyze the contents of the Party Convention and then discuss the changes in North Korea’s Nationalism and its one Korea policy.
