Book Introduction

This book is the first publication of a project to support unification studies at Seoul National University. The project is titled: “Changes in the North Korean System, Relations with the Outside World, and inter-Korean Integration”.

This book is based on the existing research on North Korea’s political and economic system, North Korea’s internal affairs and domestic policy, inter-Korean relations, and strategies for inter-Korean integration. This is based on analysis of the complex relationships within the international political sphere. It explains the direction of change in the North Korean regime and presents prospects and strategies for the integration of the two Koreas.
