In this book, Professor Han Shin-gap emphasizes the necessity of increasing the frequency of positive contacts between North and South Korea through international networks. These networks can be used to turn relations back down a mutually beneficial road. The increase of negative dimensions of the relationship between the two Koreas increases differences between them.

Direct dialogue or contact between the two is an efficient and fast shortcut, but when this road is blocked, one will sometimes have to exercise wisdom to go around the blocked road, even if it takes a little time. In this book, Professor Han Sin-gap presents an academic exploration of the feasibility of utilizing network analysis to improve inter-Korean relations by analyzing network theory as a new approach to unification and peace.
